Travelodge commissioned me to paint this 12ft x 4ft painting of the Liverpool Waterfront entitled ‘Liverpool Rising’ for their newest hotel - Central Exchange Street Liverpool. It was unveiled by Travelodge Regional Director Tyrone Pope and myself on 10th May 2013  and I cut the ribbon to officially open the hotel. To read the full press release click here

The painting is now on permanant display in the Bistro on the ground floor of the hotel (facing onto Tithebarn Street)

It took 6 weeks to complete and was painted on 18mm thick panels. It is varnished with several coats of flat acrylic varnish so that it can be viewed from all angles.
